北京中電華強焊接工程技術有限公司（WTEC）簡稱“中電華強”，是在原北京精藝焊接公司的基礎上改制，于2000年成立。由中國電工設備總公司和中國高新投資集團公司共同出資，按現代企業制度組建的現代化企業。公司注冊資金5100萬元，凈資產8900萬。近三年營業額都在2億以上。公司具有35年從事焊接自動化工藝、設備的研發、應用的工程經驗及業績。

公司通過三合一體系認證，于2000年被認定為國家級高新技術企業，2009年再次被認定為國家級高新技術企業。2011年榮獲北京市科技進步獎。近年來成功申報多項省部級重大專項，如2011年度北京市先進制造重大專項《中厚板空間軌跡焊接機器人裝備研制》、2012年成功申報“高檔數控機床與基礎制造裝備”科技重大專項。
WTEC passed ISO certification, asserted as National High and New Technical Enterprises in both 2000 and 2009, and awarded for Beijing scientific and technological advancement. WTEC has many provincial major special projects, such as ‘Medium Thickness Space Trajectory Welding Robot Research’ in 2011 Beijing major special projects; and ‘High Level CNC Machine Toll and Basic Manufacturing Equipments’ in 2012 Major Scientific Special Projects.
