Tianjin BaoCheng Machinery Manufacturing Incorporated Company is a morden enterprise which sets scientific research, design, manufacture, sales, installation and service in integral whole. It is one of the state environmental protection backbone enterprises, large industrial boiler manufacture enterprises, Tianjin top 10 private enterprises and Tianjin high-tech enterprises. The company passed Germany TUV institutions ISO9001---2000 quality system authentication and national ISO10012 measurement system authentication. What’s more, the company possesses national A level boiler manufacture, level 1 boiler installation qualification, with national type I, II and III pressure vessel design and manufacture qualification, and is qualified to manufacture American ASME boilers and pressure vessels. Moreover, the company is authorized to train and exam inter-town and inter-provincial welders for boilers and pressure vessels.

 The new built BaoCheng Boilers and Pressure Vessels Manufacturing Base covers an area of about 218 acres. Total area of R&D center, manufacturing factory and matching housing occupies more than 120,000 square meters, of which manufacturing factory, in particular, covers 60,000 square meters. The workshop is equipped with a great quantity of NC processing equipments, such as NC boring and milling machine, NC multi-head drilling machine, NC drum level drilling machine, large NC polishing-edge machine, NC flame and plasma cutting machine, and is equipped with more than 1,000 sets of large shaver edge machine, membrane type wall production line, rows curved equipment, submerged arc automatic welding machine, tubesheet automatic welding machine, high-frequency electrical heating large-diameter casing pipe bender, electric heating collection box binding machine, large heat treatment equipment and various inspection instrument equipment etc as well. Besides, the company is able to produce boiler with the ability to form 15000 steam ton.

Relying on scientific, technological, cultural and management innovations, Baocheng is now growing rapidly.
